BISEAL® AF is an anti-freeze admixture for concrete and mortars, with no chlorides or fluorides.

BISEAL® CEL is an air-entraining admixture to make low density cellular concrete. It increases highly the air content in concrete, with small air cells uniformly distributed throughout the concrete matrix.

BISEAL® FIBER are 100% virgin-polypropylene fibers without reprocessed olefin materials and produced in according to specifications ASTM C 1116 TYPE III GMP. These fibers are suitable for adding to concrete and mortars and have been specially studied for concrete industry. When fibers have been distributed homogeneously in the mixture, provide a reinforcement three-dimensional structure, which improves mechanical properties such as impact resistance, and also lead a long lasting for concrete and allow to control and minimize the cracking due to shrinkage. Three different versions are available according to the fiber length: 6, 12 and 18 mm.

BISEAL® FIBER -MF is a polyolefin macro-fiber designed specifically for reinforcement of concrete. It is added directly on concrete mixing, being distributed uniformly and increases the mechanical and ductility properties of the concrete, allowing even the load-carrying after cracking.

BISEAL® FS is a chloride-free accelerating liquid admixture for concrete and mortars.

APPLICATION FIELDS

Preparation of concrete, with or without reinforcement, and mortars which require fast setting in:
• Concrete placing under water, avoiding wash out of concrete.
• Manufacturing pre-cast elements for fast mould removal.

BISEAL® FUME is a powder admixture, based on densified silica fume, which is added in order to provide cohesion and reduce bleeding of fresh concrete and mortar mixes, and to increase highly its mechanical strength once hardened.

BISEAL® MEV are free-silica, chemically neutral, silicon-sodium-calcium solid glass microspheres suitable for dusting on a fresh coating or mixing with a transparent binders, such as resins of MAXEPOX® or MAXURETHANE® range, to provide anti-slip and safety flooring system.

BISEAL® MRL is a water-based emulsified oil, specifically designed for the de-moulding of concrete on all kind of formwork surfaces, with or without absorption, such as metal, plastic, wood, gypsum, etc.

BISEAL® PL is a concentrated plasticiser admixture to improve workability of fresh concrete and mortar, and to reduce mixing water. Its air-entraining side effect improves frost resistance and water absorption for concrete and mortars.

BISEAL® POL is a liquid admixture, that is added to the mixing water for concrete or mortar, and depending on the dosage, acts as a plasticiser, superplasticiser or high range water reducer, providing a highly fluid concrete and improved mechanical resistance.

BISEAL® SCC is a superplasticiser liquid admixture based on a modified polycarboxilic polymer, designed especially for obtaining Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) and High Performance Concrete (HPC). BISEAL® SCC can produce very high workable concrete, with cohesion and no risk of segregation or bleeding, placed and compacted under its own weight with minimal vibration required.

BISEAL® SPF is a liquid admixture, which once added to the mixing water of concrete and mortar, and depending on the dosage, acts as a superplasticiser or high range reducer of mixing water, providing high fluidity and improved mechanical resistance of concrete and mortars.

BISEAL® SRA is a liquid admixture that once added to the mixing water reduces the plastic and drying shrinkage of concrete and mortar, reducing the risk of cracking during the curing process.

BISEAL® WA is a chloride-free liquid waterproofing admixture that reduces the permeability and water absortion of mortars and concrete, providing high waterproofing properties.

CONCRESEAL®-3 is a polymer-modified and cement-based single component mortar. It is specially designed for both superficial cosmetic repair and levelling of renders and concrete surfaces in very thin layers and feather edging, with a maximum thickness up to 3 mm.

CONCRESEAL®-5 is a polymer-modified and cement-based single component mortar. It is specially designed for both superficial cosmetic repair and levelling of renders and concrete surfaces in very thin layers and feather edging, with a maximum thickness up to 5 mm. Meets Class R3 according to European Standard EN-1504-3.

CONCRESEAL® CARBOFIX is a low-modulus cement-based mortar, specifically designed to be used as part of a system for fixing carbon fiber mesh DRIZORO® CARBOMESH on all types of substrates in repair and strengthening works.

CONCRESEAL®COSMETIC is a polymer-modified and cement-based one-component mortar. It is specially designed for both superficial cosmetic repair and levelling of renders and concrete surfaces in very thin layers and feather edging, filling of cracks and honeycombs with a maximum thickness up to 3 mm.

CONCRESEAL® PLASTERING is a mixture of cements, carefully controlled silica aggregates and special additives, designed for waterproofing, levelling, protection and decoration of concrete and masonry in one single layer with thickness between 3 and 5 mm.

CONCRESEAL® PLASTERING-M is a mono-component mortar composed of cements, carefully controlled silica aggregates and special additives, designed for waterproofing, levelling, protection and decoration of concrete and masonry, in one single layer with thickness between 3 and 5 mm. It is also available with smaller aggregate size the version CONCRESEAL® PLASTERING-M REGULAR, for a smoother cosmetic finish.

CONCRESEAL® PLASTERING -XPS is a cement-based mortar, with flexible properties, suitable for levelling, protection and finishing of swimming pools executed with polyurethane or polystyrene insulation panels.

CONCRESEAL® POOL is a two-component, epoxy-cement mortar designed as a decorative natural finish and durable protection of swimmingpools with thickness between 3,0 and 5,0 mm.

Once applied, it provides a natural look and mineral finish of the surface, in a monolithic, continuous, and seamless layer, without joints or overlapping, available in different colours.

Polymer modified cementitious coating for waterproofing of façades with polyurethane foam or polystyrene insulation panels. It only requires water for mixing and provides a highly attractive, efficient and inexpensive solution for the finish of insulation materials applied on façades.

CONCRESEAL® TH-S is a waterproof polymer-modified cement-based mortar for priming insulation panels of polyurethane foam or polystyrene. Once applied, it provides a high bond strength on the surface for the finish with façade mortars or acrylic coatings.

Waterproof coloured cement based mortar with good adhesion, for the protection and decoration of façades. available in three different types depending on the final finish.

CONCRESEAL® TOP-AC is a high-quality acrylic coating with selected aggregate specially designed for waterproofing and finish of facades composed of polystyrene and polyurethane panels. Once applied, it provides a layer with decorative rough finish over properly prepared insulation panels.

CONCRESEAL® TOP-S is a cement-based mortar specially designed for waterproofing and decoration of facades composed of polystyrene and polyurethane panels. Once applied, it provides a layer with decorative rough finish over properly prepared insulation panels.

DRIZORO® CARBO CONNECT is a high strength carbon fibre threads wrapped in a cylindrical shape, suitable as connector of DRIZORO® WRAP and DRIZORO® CARBOMESH systems with the concrete structure to be reinforced. It is available in various diameters.

DRIZORO ® COMPOSITE is a pre-formed laminate composed of unidirectional carbon fibres, embedded in an epoxy resin matrix and conformed by pultrusion process. Its high tensile strength, lightness and easy of use, provides an efficient system for strengthening concrete, steel and wood structures subject to tensile stress due to flexural loads.
DRIZORO ® COMPOSITE is bonded on the structure surface with MAXEPOX ® CARBOFIX (Technical Bulletin No. 290) as the epoxy-based structural adhesive.

DRIZORO® MESH 58/130/140 is an alkali-resistant glass fibre mesh especially designed for the reinforcement of waterproof coatings and cement-based mortar layers.

DRIZORO® SILICA is a well-graded, clean, dry siliceous aggregate with controlled granulometry, free of salts and pollution, specially designed for use in the mixing of micro-concretes and mortars, non-slip coatings, and multi-layer flooring systems.

DRIZORO® SILICA DECOR is a well-graded dry siliceous sharp sand with controlled granulometry from 1,0 to 2,0 mm, free of salts and pollution, specially designed to provide a decorative finish, mixed with transparent epoxy/ polyurethane resins or with cement-based mortars.

It is available in five different colours to produce a wide variety of finishes.

DRIZORO® VEIL is an alkali-resistant glass fibre veil (G-45/M-100) or polyester fibre veil (E-45/E-60/E-100), especially designed for the reinforcement of resin-based coatings in order to increase its tensile strength and crack-bridging capability.

DRIZORO® WRAP System is a carbon-fiber sheet with small amounts of epoxy-based resins, which is a repair and strengthening system suitable for structural concrete elements. The strengthening sheets are made of unidirectional and flexible carbon fibers, having a high strength and elastic modulus. MAXBETON® is a hydraulic, quick setting, non-shrink mortar for placing and fixing of elements in building and civil works. Its thixotropy allows the placing in both vertical and horizontal surfaces as well as overhead areas.

MAXBOND® is a one-component quid based on acrylic resins, specially formulated to improve the bonding between different layers of concrete. For mortars, it provides greater adhesion on smooth and porous-free surfaces or on the contrary very absorbent substrates. It acts as a bonding agent between the two elements to joining.

MAXBOND® LATEX is a water-based styrene-acrylic liquid admixture for mixing of bonding slurries and improvement of physical properties for mortars and concretes. Mixes prepared with MAXBOND® LATEX have a greater adhesion, workability, cohesion, and retention of the mixing water.

Once hardened, MAXBOND® LATEX improves abrasion and wearing resistance and reduces water absorption by capillarity.

MAXBOND ® -S is a one-component product liquid based on acrylic resins that has been specially formulated to improve the bonding between different layers of concrete and mortar, providing a higher adhesion on smooth and porous-free surfaces or on the contrary, very absorbent substrates.

MAXCEL® is a closed cell, circular polyethylene foam profile obtained by continuous extrusion, for the application of sealants in joints.

MAXCLEAN® is an acidic pH liquid cleaner specially designed to remove salts, greases and oils on concrete or cement surfaces. Its special formulation, attacks, and dissolves stains, facilitating their removal

MAXCLEAN ® -D is a water-based cleaning agent, specially designed to remove stains of oils, greases and waxes on concrete, mortars and other building elements.

MAXCLEAN® ECOGEL is an ecologic and biodegradable paint remover with gel consistency, formulated to eliminate acrylic paints and graffities.

MAXCLEAN® -N is a cleaning gel with neutral pH specially formulated for removal of pollution stains and general dirt from all kinds of natural stone (granite, marble, slate, limestone, sandstone, etc.), artificial stone, brick, ceramic tile, glazed tiles, pre-cast block, concrete and cement mortars.
Its special non-corrosive and non-hazardous formulation with no solvents or other aggressive chemicals, allows an effective cleaning without harmful effects to the environment and with no changes to the colour, appearance, and texture of the substrate.

MAXCLEAN ® – R is a high concentrated paint removal gel, surfactant, formulated to eliminate synthetic paints as a powerful coating stripper.

MAXCLEAR® is a high-quality siloxanebased water-repellent (hydrophobic impregnation) for the transparent protection against rainwater and weathering of concrete, façade mortar, brick, and stone. It is supplied as a solvent-based liquid ready to use by brush or low-pressure spray application.

MAXCLEAR® CONSOLIDATED is a liquid product composed of a solvent-based silicic resin. Once applied, it penetrates deeply on substrate and vitrifies forming a glass-like substance, and therefore fills and seals all pores and capillarity net, consolidating and strengthening the treated surface.

MAXCLEAR®-D is a water-repellent liquid composed of invisible water-based silicon resin specially formulated for limestone substrates or similar, low-fired clay and gypsum plasters. It is supplied ready to use and it can be applied by brush or low-pressure spray.

Milky liquid that once applied on a substrate, protects it against painting of graffiti aiding in their later elimination.

High concentration and surfactant cleaner gel, formulated for the elimination of paint and graffiti.

MAXCLEAR® HARDENER is a colour-less liquid product based on active chemical compounds which once applied penetrates into the pores of concrete and reacts forming dense and insoluble crystals. Thereby it seals the pores and provides a surface with improved abrasion resistance and an anti-dusting finish.

MAXCLEAR® HARDENER LITHIUM is a colour-less liquid product based on lithium silicate nanoparticles in water solution which, once applied, its active chemical compounds penetrate deeply reacting with free lime of new or old concrete forming insoluble tricalcium silicate extremely resistant and providing a concrete surface stronger and longer.

Thus, MAXCLEAR® HARDENER LITHIUM seals, densifies and hardens concrete trough its pores and capillaries, provides a protection of the treated surface reducing its water absorption and improving its hardness, abrasion resistance, weathering and contact with chemical compounds.

MAXCLEAR® HARDENER LITHIUM -F is a liquid product for indoor and outdoor applications which, once applied, provide a concrete surface stronger and longer.

Thus, MAXCLEAR® HARDENER LITHIUM -F seals, densifies and hardens concrete trough its pores and capillaries, provides a protection of the treated surface reducing its water absorption and improving its hardness, abrasion resistance, weathering and contact with chemical compounds. It incorporates microspheres that allow to vitrify the polished cement surface by mechanical friction means, providing the pavement a glossy or satin aspect.

MAXCLEAR® INJECTION is a solvent-free liquid resin based on siloxanes which once diluted in water it is converted into a water-repellent microemulsion, to provide a highly effective horizontal barrier against rising damp in masonry.

MAXCLEAR® INJECTION CREAM is a silane/siloxane cream with water-repellent properties for injection in walls subject to rising damp and capillarity problems.
Its thixotropic consistency provides a horizontal barrier against rising dampness, with optimum surface impregnation and consumption control where a wide network of holes and hollows is present.

MAXCLEAR® PAV is water-based acrylic resin specifically designed as binder of aggregates and fine particles for dust control, erosion control and soil stabilization.

MAXCLEAR® SULFAT is a one-component water-based liquid product. Once applied it penetrates by difussion and capillarity into the substrate to provide a barrier against salts and avoiding the appearance of efflorescences on the surface. It is readyto- use on absorbent mineral substrates such as concrete, cement-based mortar and bricks.

MAXCLEAR® TOP is a high-quality, hydrophobic sealer composed of water-based silane/ siloxane resins, specifically designed as transparent waterrepellent and protection against rainwater and weathering on concrete, brick, cement mortar, masonry, natural stone and limestone substrates. It is supplied in liquid form ready to be applied directly by brush, roller or sprayed at low pressure.

MAXCRYL® is a water-based pure acrylic product to be used as an admixture to increase both physical and chemical properties of cement-based mortars and concrete. The fresh mixes prepared with MAXCRYL®, provide greater adhesion, workability, cohesion and water retention. Once hardened, MAXCRYL® improves the mechanical resistances to compressive and flexural strength, enhances abrasion and wearing resistance, and provides a reduction of water absorption by capillarity.

MAXCURE® is a water-based milky pure acrylic resin, that sprayed over the surface of fresh concrete or mortar, provides a thin film acting as a protective barrier to prevent an excessive fast drying.

MAXDRAIN® - P8 is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) membrane formed in a shape of truncated cones with high compression resistance and high draining capacity which provides a drained cavity to floors and walls of underground structures. Its specially designed cones collect water and channel it away from the surface towards an appropriate drainage system.

MAXDRAIN® -P8 GW is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) membrane formed in a shape of truncated cones, covered, and fastened on one side with a non-woven polypropylene filter fabric. Drainage system has a high compression resistance and high draining capacity and provides a drained cavity to floors and walls of underground structures. Its specially designed cones collect water and channel it away from the surface towards an appropriate drainage system.

MAXDUR® is a product composed of special cements, pigments, additives and aggregates designed to be applied on fresh concrete in order to improve its abrasion resistance, and prove an anti-dust finish in one single application.

MAXDUR® -C is a product formulated with special cements, silica and corundum of high hardness, together with pigments, additives and aggregates designed to be applied on fresh concrete in order to improve its abrasion resistance and provide an anti-dust finish in one single application.

MAXELASTIC ® is a waterproof elastic acrylicbased coating, specially formulated for all types of roofs. It is supplied in the form of a water-based, one-component thixotropic paste, ready to use. Once polymerised it is transformed into an UVrays resistant and non-degradable elastomeric membrane, providing a crack-bridging, protective and 100% waterproof coating.

MAXELASTIC® BA is a water-based anionic bitumen emulsion, chemically modified with elastomers suitable for direct pressure waterproofing and protection of concrete surfaces, asphalt, cement, fibber cement, porous ceramic, etc., with high adhesion to the substrate, providing an elastic and waterproof coating.

MAXELASTIC® CAT-W is a catalyst specially designed to be used with the water-based polyurethane roof coatings MAXELASTIC® PUR-HW and MAXELASTIC® PUR-EW, as well as the water-based acrylic roof coating MAXELASTIC®, in order to speed up the drying-time of the coating applied. Thus, it allows faster execution time with application at the same day of two coats.

MAXELASTIC® PAV is a waterproof coating specially formulated for waterproofing all types of roofs, that are going to be subjected to light traffic. It is supplied as a thyxotropic paste, with light aggregates and fibres, which once polymerised is transformed into a non-degradable elastomer, providing complete waterproofing.

MAXELASTIC ® POLY is a hot-applied, twocomponent, solvent-free, 100% pure polyurea of high reactivity suitable for waterproofing and protection of concrete.

Once applied, it provides a high performance continuous elastomeric membrane for waterproofing of roofs, terraces, bridge decks, underground structures, etc.

Suitable for the waterproofing of drinking-water reservoirs.

MAXELASTIC® POLY has certificates of European Technical Evaluation for use in waterproofing of roofs (ETAG 005) and waterproofing of bridge decks (ETAG 033).

MAXELASTIC ® POLY-600 is a hot-applied-spray, two-component, solvent-free, pure poly-urea of high reactivity, suitable for waterproofing and protection of concrete. Once applied, it provides a high performance continuous elastomeric membrane with high elongation 600% for waterproofing roofs, terraces, bridge decks, underground structures, etc.

MAXELASTIC® POLY -EXP is a hot applied, two-component, highly reactive 100% solids pure polyurea for waterproofing, thermal insulation and concrete protection.

Once applied, leads a continuous membrane, without joints and overlaps, which expands from 5 to 7 times its original thickness.

MAXELASTIC ® POLY-F is a two-component, solvent-free, cold-applied, aliphatic poly-urea membrane. Once applied manually, provides a high performance continuous elastomeric membrane, with total UV-resistance and colour stability, suitable for waterproofing and protection of concrete and outdoor areas.

MAXELASTIC ® POLY-M is a cold-applied, two- component, aromatic poly-urea membrane suitable for waterproofing and protection of concrete. Once applied manually by brush or roller, it provides a high performance elastomeric membrane that allows waterproofing works in single coat, and with very fast curing for urgent putting into service (24- 48 hours).
MAXELASTIC® POLY -M has the certificate of European Technical Evaluation for use in waterproofing of roofs (ETAG 005).

MAXELASTIC® POLY -MASTIC is a two-component, solvent-free (100% solids), cold-applied, polyurea-based sealant suitable for sealing of joints and cracks in concrete pavements, allowing the opening to traffic in 2 hours.

MAXELASTIC ® POLY -P is a one-component, polyurethane primer, low viscosity and adhesion promoter suitable for MAXELASTIC® POLY .

MAXELASTIC® POLY PRIMER is a hot applied, two-component, 100% solid, polyurethane primer suitable for polyurea systems. Once applied, provides an elastic coating, specially designed as urgent primer for polyurea waterproofing systems. MAXELASTIC® POLY PRIMER allows its application in a huge range of temperatures and over different substrates.

MAXELASTIC® PUR is a one-component liquid product ready to use, based on moisture curing special polyurethane resins, that provides a high performance waterproofing elastic membrane designed for long-term protection and waterproofing of concrete, cement-based mortars, bricks, tiles, etc.

MAXELASTIC® PUR-BIT is a one-component, liquid product ready to use, based on bitumen- polyurethane resin that provides a protective waterproofing elastomeric membrane for suitable for concrete and cement-based mortar substrates.

MAXELASTIC® PUR CAT is an accelerator catalyst specially designed to be used with the polyurethane elastic membrane MAXELASTIC® PUR in order to speed up the drying and curing time of the applied coating.

MAXELASTIC® PUR-EW is a one-component liquid product, ready to use, based on water-based aliphatic polyurethane resins, which provides a high performance, protective and waterproofing elastomeric membrane, with high resistance to UV radiation, suitable for all type of roofs and outdoor areas with excellent colour stability.

MAXELASTIC® PUR -F is a one component liquid aliphatic polyurethane-based product, that once cured, provides a continuous waterproof and protective coating with excellent resistance to wearing and UV radiation, designed for outdoor applications with colour stability.

MAXELASTIC ® PUR -FW is a water-based, onecomponent, aliphatic, polyurethane coating suitable for abrasion protection of waterproofing coating MAXELASTIC ® PUR -HW subject to car traffic or high wearing conditions. Once applied and cured, MAXELASTIC ® PUR - FW provides a full elastomeric polyurethane system with high elasticity and excellent abrasion1 resistance, suitable for outdoor areas exposed to UV-rays and colour stability.

MAXELASTIC® PUR-HW is a one-component, water-based, hybrid polyurethane resin, that once applied provides an elastomeric and continuous waterproofing membrane, UV stable and water ponding resistant, suitable for all type of roofs and outdoor areas.

MAXELASTIC ® PUR PRIMER is a twocomponent, solvent-free, low viscosity, transparent epoxy primer to be used prior to application of the MAXELASTIC ® PUR waterproofing liquid membrane, acting as an excellent bonding agent and a vapour barrier.

MAXELASTIC® PUR THERMOCOAT is a one-component, water-based polyurethane resin with very low thermal conductivity microspheres, suitable for all types of roofs and with high weathering and UV resistance. Once applied provides a waterproof energy-saving coating with high solar reflectance and high emittance, specially designed as thermal insulation barrier and heat protection.

MAXELASTIC® STONE is a mixture of water-based acrylic resins and fine graded aggregates. It is a synthetic mortar ready to be used as wear protection over surfaces waterproofed with MAXELASTIC® (Technical Bulletin n° 18) This application will protect against damage caused by pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Spread by trowel, to provide a continuous and decorative coating.

MAXELASTIC®THERMOCOAT is an elastic water-based acrylic coating, added with very low thermal conductivity microspheres, suitable for all types of roofs and with high weathering and U.V. resistance. Once applied provides a waterproof energy-saving coating with high solar reflectance and high emittance, specially designed as thermal insulation barrier and heat protection.

MAXELASTIC® TRANS is a single component liquid product ready to use, based on moisture curing special aliphatic polyurethane resins, that provides a transparent, elastic and waterproofing membrane suitable for long-term protection and waterproofing of concrete, tiles, bricks, wood, stone, glass, etc.

MAXELASTIC® TRANS-M is a one-component liquid product, ready to be use, based on aliphatic polyurethane resins. Once applied, it provides a transparent and matt finish topcoat on waterproofing works made with MAXELASTIC® TRANS (Technical Bulletin n° 186).

MAXELASTIC® TRANS -W is a one-component liquid product ready to use, based on moisture-curing water-based aliphatic polyurethane resins, that provides a transparent, elastic and waterproofing membrane suitable for long-term protection and waterproofing of concrete, tiles, bricks, wood, stone, glass, etc.

MAXEPOX® 3000 is a three-component self-levelling mortar composed of pigmented, solvent-free, epoxy resins, which has been specially designed for levelling, protection and decoration of concrete floors in 2-3 mm thick layers. MAXEPOX® 3000 allows leveling concrete surfaces with a minimum thickness application, providing a flooring system with decorative finish and very high mechanical, chemical and abrasion resistance.

MAXEPOX® AC is a two-component, water-based epoxy primer with non-toxic corrosion inhibitors, and specially designed to provide a high performance protective coating for metal surfaces against any corrosion process.

MAXEPOX ® BOND is a two-component and 100% solids –solvent free- epoxy-based bonding agent, which has been specially designed for the bonding of construction materials.

MAXEPOX® BOND-G is a two-component and 100% solids –solvent free- epoxy-based bonding agent, which has been specially designed for the bonding of metal plates over concrete or between different construction elements.

MAXEPOX® BOND-W is a two-component, 100% solids –solvent free-, epoxy-based bonding agent, which has been specially designed for the bonding of construction materials when the humidity in the substrate is high.

MAXEPOX® CAT is a solvent-free catalyst specially designed to be used with solvent-free epoxy resins in order to speed up the drying and curing time of coatings and flooring systems.

MAXEPOX® CEM is a three-component mortar composed of water-based epoxy-modified resin and cements, which has been specially designed for repair, levelling and protection of concrete surfaces, on vertical or horizontal, in layers up to 5 mm thickness.

MAXEPOX® ELASTIC is a two-component, solvent-free, transparent and elastic epoxy resin, specifically designed for sealing of joints and cracks, obtaining elastic trowel-grade mortars, and elastic coating of concrete pavements.

MAXEPOX® FIX is a three-component fluid mortar formulated with solvent-free epoxy resins and well-graded mineral products, that provides high mechanical properties and fluidity. It is specially designed for anchoring bolts and filling voids by pouring.

MAXEPOX® FIX meets the requirements of R4 Class according to EN-1504-3 and the requirements for rebars anchoring according to EN-1504-6.

MAXEPOX® FLEX is a two-component, solvent-free and flexible epoxy formulation suitable for its use as protective and waterproofing coating for concrete, cement mortar, ceramic and metal substrates.

MAXEPOX® FLOOR is a two-component, solvent-free, pigmented epoxy binder designed to provide a wide flooring system with high mechanical and chemical properties, for protection and decorative finishing of concrete and mortars. MAXEPOX® FLOOR can be applied directly as a sealer coating or mixed with controlled silica aggregate, component C, to obtain fluid mortars, trowelable mortars or anti-slip broadcast multilayer system.

MAXEPOX® FLOOR -AC is a solvent-free, two-component self-leveling epoxy coating, suitable for smooth conductive pavements after application of the MAXEPOX® PRIMER -AC conductive primer based on graphite, and the placement of copper bands connected to earth electrode.

MAXEPOX® INJECTION is an epoxy formulation of very low viscosity, for pouring or injecting under pressure and curing at ambient temperature.

MAXEPOX® MORTER is a two-component formula composed of pigmented, 100% solid –solvent free- and epoxy-modified resins, which has been specially designed for preparation of a suitable material as pavement mortar and textured coatings for concrete surfaces.

MAXEPOX® MORTER allows to level out concrete surfaces, providing a flooring system with decorative finish, high chemical resistance and very good abrasion resistance.

MAXEPOX® MORTER –V is a coloured and two-component water-based epoxy coating suitable for protective and decorative coating of floors, ceilings, and both horizontal and vertical surfaces in general. It is available in two different versions:

MAXEPOX® REPAIR is a solvent-free, three-component, epoxy-based mortar, specially designed for levelling, protection and concrete repair on horizontal surfaces up to 50 mm thickness per layer. Repaired areas provide a high performance surface with excellent mechanical and impact resistance, as well as high abrasion and chemical resistance.

MAXEPOX® REPAIR -V is a thixotropic, solvent-free, selected aggregates, epoxy-based mortar, specially designed for levelling, protection and concrete repair, providing a high-performance surface with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as high abrasion and impact resistance. Its good thixotropy allows horizontal and vertical applications with thickness per layer until 40 mm.

MAXEPOX® SOLVENT is a special mixture of organic solvents and thinner suitable for applications of DRIZORO® products formulated with epoxy-based resins.

MAXEPOX® TAR is a two-component modified-tar epoxy-based coating.

MAXEPOX® TAR-F is a two-component, solvent-free, flexible and waterproof coating based on modified tar-epoxy, suitable for use on concrete and metal substrates.

MAXEPOX® THIX is a low density polyethylene fiber designed to be added on epoxy and polyurethane resins to increase its viscosity and to reduce slump on slopes, vertical surfaces and critical points.

MAXEPOX® THIX-V is an additive in powder form and quick dispersion, suitable as thickener and/or thixotropic additive for epoxy and polyurethane systems

MAXEPOX® W is a two-component solvent-free epoxy-based product, with medium viscosity and low reactivity, specially designed for restoration jobs in wood structures by filling forms and fixing of fiber-glass or metal reinforcement bars. Proposed system consists of removing the damaged wood area, and replace it by a new composite material composed of reinforcement elements embedded by the epoxy mortar, thus the mechanical properties are recovered.

MAXFIX® is an one-component adhesive dispersion composed of water-based acrylic resins, controlled fillers and special additives. It is ready to use and designed for tiling of both ceramic and mosaic tiles as well as natural stone, over traditional substrates or previous tiled surfaces.

MAXFIX® -E is a two component, methacrylate free, epoxy resin-based system, packed in a cartridge for use by injection means. It can be used on concrete, solid brick and stone. Application of the resin is made in an easy and quick way by a hand gun.

MAXFIX® -P is a two component, polyester-based resin which is packed in two-part biaxial type cartridge. It is specially designed for use by injection means. It is suitable for any solid or hollow base materials. Applications can be made easy and quick way by a hand gun.

MAXFIX® -V is a solvent-free, vinyl ester-based resin which is packed in two-part biaxial type cartridge. It is specially designed for use by injection means. It is suitable for any solid or hollow base materials. Applications can be made easy and quick way by a chemical anchor caulking gun.

MAXFIX®-Y is an adhesive mortar composed of special gypsums, very fine aggregates and admixtures, that once mixed with water provides a suitable paste for placing plaster mouldings by either spreading a thin layer or putting lumps on the back of the moulding.

MAXFLEX® 100 HM is an one-component, polyurethane-based, elastomeric sealant and adhesive. It cures at ambient temperature under the influence of the atmospheric humidity, providing a bonding with high elasticity modulus.

MAXFLEX® 100 LM is an one-component, polyurethane-based, elastomeric sealant. It cures at ambient temperature under the influence of the atmospheric humidity, providing a joint sealant with low elasticity modulus.

MAXFLEX® 100 W is a one-component, modified-polyurethane, isocyanate-free, elastomeric sealant with high weathering resistance, suitable for sealing joints or cracks in permanent immersion and contact with potable water.

MAXFLEX® 600 is an one-component, silicone-based, elastomeric sealant with neutral reticulation. Product has a fungicidal treatment and is supplied in several colours.

MAXFLEX® 700 is a medium modulus, onecomponent, self-levelling, polyurethane-based elastomeric sealant. It is especially recommended for sealing horizontal joints with good resistance to abrasion. Its fluid consistency allows a quick and easy placing, simply by pouring into the joint.

MAXFLEX® 800 is a high modulus, one-component, self-levelling, polyurethane-based elastomeric sealant. It is especially recommended for sealing horizontal joints with very good resistance to abrasion. Its fluid consistency allows a quick and easy placing, simply by pouring into the

MAXFLEX® 900 is a two-component, gun-grade consistency, polysulphide-based joint sealant. It cures chemically at ambient temperature, providing an elastomeric sealant with low elasticity modulus, especially recommended for sealing all kind of joints wherein water immersion and high chemical resistance is required.

For horizontal joints on concrete floors it is also available the pour-grade MAXFLEX® 900 -F, with fluid consistency and self-levelling properties for easier application.

MAXFLEX® BT is al flexible, self adhesive, cold applied waterproof tape of 1,5 mm thick, composed of SBS-modified bitumen, a protective aluminium sheet on exterior side and a thick self-adhesive compound provided with a release film.

MAXFLEX® W-SEAL is a moisture-cured, onecomponent, water-swelling sealant with excellent elasticity for use in all kinds of construction joints and cracks. It increases in contact with water more than 500% its original volume, acting as an effective hydro-expansive sealing within joints and blocking the water ingress.
It is supplied ready-to-use in 600 ml bag for application by caulking gun directly on places with difficult access or irregular surfaces such as corners, joints, cracks, etc., in construction.

MAXFLEX ® XJS is a sealing system consisted of a thermoplastic elastomeric strip (TPE) with two lateral fleece edges, which is fixed to the surface using an epoxy-based adhesive, MAXEPOX ® JOINT, or a flexible cement-based mortar, MAXSEAL® FLEX, over expansion joints or cracks subjected to extreme movements or exposed to chemicals. It assures a watertight joint while allowing the movement of the treated element, for both interior and exterior applications.

MAXFLEX ® XJS-FPO is a sealing system consisted of a strip composed of flexible, polyolefin-polyethylene copolymer (FPO-PE) with two die cut edges, which is fixed to the surface using an epoxy-based adhesive, MAXEPOX® JOINT (Technical Bulletin No. 237), over joints or cracks subjected to small movements or exposed to chemicals. MAXFLOOR® is a coloured and two-component water-based epoxy coating suitable for protective and decorative coating of floors and surfaces in general. It is available in two different versions:

MAXFLOOR® COMFORT is a transparent, one-component, solvent-free, aromatic polyurethane resin, specifically designed to be mixed with rubber granules (SBR, EPDM, etc), cork or wood in order to provide flexible membranes and soft pavements.

MAXFLOOR® COMFORT SUPER is a transparent, one-component, solvent-free, aliphatic polyurethane resin, specifically designed to be mixed with rubber granules (SBR, EPDM, etc), cork or wood in order to provide flexible membranes and soft pavements suitable for outdoor areas where UV-resistance is required.

MAXFLOOR® FILLER is a mixture of well-graded, clean, dry siliceous aggregate and quartz powder free of salts and pollution, specially designed for use in the mixing of fluid/self-levelling resin-based mortars, non-slip coatings, and multi-layer flooring systems.

MAXFLOOR® MARINE is a two-component mortar composed of component A, water-based acrylic resin, and component B, cement-based mortar with special additives. Once mixed, it provides a non-slip mortar with high flexibility and adhesion, suitable for protection against corrosion and abrasion on metal surfaces.

MAXFLOOR® POLY is a solvent-free, two-component, cold-applied aliphatic polyurea with high mechanical and chemical resistance properties, suitable for the protection and decorative finish of concrete pavements, when a very urgent opening to traffic is required (between 3 and 4 hours). MAXFLOOR®POLY can be applied as a single topcoating for smooth finish. Also allows to be mixed with selected aggregate to obtain either multilayer anti-slippery coatings or a fluid mortar for leveling in small thicknesses. It is available in color and transparent version.

MAXFLOOR® POLY-M is a solvent-free, two-component, cold-applied aromatic polyurea with high mechanical and chemical resistance properties, suitable for the protection and decorative finish of concrete pavements, when a very urgent opening to traffic is required.

MAXFLOOR® POLY-M can be applied as a single top coating for smooth finish. Also allows to be mixed with selected aggregate to obtain either multilayer anti-slippery coatings or a fluid mortar for leveling in small thicknesses.

MAXFLOOR® SPORT-K is a one-component coating of synthetic resins in water emulsion with a high concentration of pigments and mineral fillers, specially formulated for sealing and finishing decorative concrete and asphalt pavements indoors and outdoors. Available in three different aggregates:

-MAXFLOOR® SPORT-K SMOOTH: smooth finishing.
-MAXFLOOR® SPORT-K TEXTURE: medium rough (with 0,6 mm aggregate).
-MAXFLOOR® SPORT –K HIGH TEXTURE: high rough (with 1 mm aggregate)

MAXFLOOR® SPORT -PA is a one-component synthetic thick mortar composed of 0,3, 0,4, 0,6, 0,7 or 1,0 mm aggregate suitable for adhesion layers over asphalt pavements. It`s mainly applied in systems over asphalt pavement and allows patching and adjusting the planimetry to required aggregate size for an easy application and an efficient consumption of the successive coloured layers which form the system.

MAXFLOW® is a two-component self-levelling mortar. Component A is liquid composed of synthetic acrylic resins, and Component B is a powder composed of special cements, selected aggregates and metallic fibres.

MAXFLOW® provides an extraordinary fluidity and is specially designed for repair, levelling and finishing of concrete pavements, indoor or outdoor uses, which require a levelling layer with very high abrasion resistance in thickness between 3 and 8 mm.

MAXFLOW® 500 is a one-component self-levelling mortar, composed of polymer-modified cement, selected aggregates and metallic fibres, ready to be mixed only with water.

MAXFLOW® 500 provides an extraordinary fluidity and it is specially designed for repair, levelling and finishing concrete pavements, indoor or outdoor uses, which require a levelling layer with very high abrasion resistance in thickness between 3 and 8mm.

MAXGLAZE® is a water-based film-forming pure acrylic sealer, which seals and protects concrete and masonry from smoke, dirt, weathering and rain water. It is a milky liquid which, when applied, slowly turns into a transparent matt finished film.

MAXGLAZE®-D is a transparent polymer sealer, derived from methacrylate-based resins. It forms a durable, tough and flexible film with gloss finish for protection of concrete and masonry. It resists weathering, air pollutants, alkaline agents and ultra-violet rays.

MAXGRIP® is an one-component, quick-setting, shrinkage-compensated, fluid mortar formulated from special cements and selected additives and aggregates, which has been specially designed for use as rapid anchoring grout in placing and fixing of elements in horizontal concrete or masonry.

MAXGROUT® is a one-component non-shrink mortar formulated from special cements and well-graded mineral products which provides high mechanical properties and fluidity. Contains no chlorides or metal particles. It comes in powder form, ready to use mixing only with water. The product meets the requirements of R4 Class according to EN-1504-3 and the requirements for rebars anchoring according to EN 1504-6.

MAXGROUT® 200 EXPRESS is a one- component, quick-setting, non-shrink fluid mortar with high mechanical properties made of special cements, well-graded mineral products, special admixtures and reinforced with fibers. It is specially designed for fillings, anchorages and concrete repairs in thickness up to 20 cm when a rapid return to service is required.

MAXGROUT®-HR is a one-component, non-shrink fluid mortar with high mechanical properties and formulated from special cements, well-graded mineral products and specials admixtures. It is a suitable product for fillings, anchorages and concrete repairs when a rapid return to service is required.

MAXGROUT® INJECTION is a single component cement-based mortar with very fine mineral fillers. Once mixed with water, it is specially designed to be used for injection or grouting for filling of cavities in masonry walls and consolidating works.

MAXINJECTION® 12 is an ultra-fine cement being the maximum size of grain equivalent to 12 microns. Slurries prepared with MAXINJECTION® 12 ,with a small addition of MAXINJECTION® 12 LIQUID superplasticiser, will show a very high penetration which exceeds those that can be obtained with conventional cement/bentonite slurries.

MAXJOINT® is a cement-based mortar made with pure silica and selected aggregates. It repoints the joints in brick, ceramic, stone, terracotta and tiles, on walls and pavements. There are two types depending on joint width. For small joints up to 4 mm width, MAXJOINT® 0 - 4. For bigger joints from 4 to 20 mm width, MAXJOINT® 4 - 20.

MAXJOINT® ELASTIC is a two-component product. Component A is a liquid based on special synthetic resins. Component B, supplied in powder form, is a mortar based on a mixture of cements, additives and special aggregates. When both components are mixed, an elastomeric product with high bond strength is achieved, suitable for sealing joints and cracks in concrete, pre-cast elements, mortars and bricks.

MAXJOINT® ELASTIC EXPRESS is a two-component product composed of special synthetic resins in water dispersion and cements, additives and special aggregates. When both components are mixed, an elastomeric quick setting-time sealant is achieved, suitable for urgent sealing of joints and cracks. Allows opening to pedestrian traffic in 8 hours and water immersion in 3 days.

MAXJOINT® FLEX is a cement-based, one component product, formulated with selected aggregates and special additives that provides very high adhesion to building materials and capacity to absorb substrate deformation, suitable for crack filling and as a pointing mortar for ceramic tiles, stone, brick, etc.

Also available the type MAXJOINT® FLEX POOL, with high microbiological resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on surface.

MAXJOINT® PAV is a mortar made with cements, selected aggregates and special additives that once mixed with water provides a product of high fluidity, high mechanical strength and shrinkagecompensated properties, specially designed for filling joints in outdoor and indoor pavements.

MAXKOLA® is a cement-based adhesive mortar, that once mixed with water provides a suitable paste for placing tiles by either spreading a thin layer or putting lumps on the back of the tile.

MAXKOLA® FLEX is an improved flexible cement adhesive mortar, with reduced slip, extended open time (Class C2TE) and transversal deformation (Type S1), composed of hydraulic and synthetic binders, that once mixed with water provides a high performance mortar with excellent adhesion and flexibility, suitable for tiling of low porosity tiles and on non-rigid substrates, in both indoor and outdoor surfaces.

MAXKOLA® -M is a cement-based adhesive mortar, that once mixed with water provides a suitable paste for placing of low porosity tiles and stones, on both indoor and outdoor surfaces.

MAXKOLA® -M EXPRESS is an improved cement-based adhesive, with reduced slip, suitable for the installation of low, medium and high porosity ceramic tiles for indoor and outdoor applications, allowing an urgent open to pedestrian traffic in 3 hours and road traffic in 9 hours.

MAXKOLA® -Y is a cement-based adhesive mortar, that once mixed with water provides a suitable paste for tiling of medium porosity tiles by thin layers on gypsum substrates, where traditional cementitious mortars are not compatible with gypsum.

MAXLEVEL® is a one-component mortar, based on polymer-modified cement and selected aggregates. Once mixed only with water MAXLEVEL® provides a self-levelling underlayment suitable for preparation and smoothing of indoor floors, in thickness between 3 and 10 mm, before the installation of other floor finish systems: tile, wood, carpet, polyurethane coatings, etc.

MAXLEVEL® SUPER is a one-component self-levelling mortar, made of polymer-modified cement, selected aggregates, ready to be mixed only with water.
MAXLEVEL® SUPER provides an extraordinary fluidity and it is specially designed for repairing and finishing indoor concrete pavements, which require a levelling layer with very high abrasion resistance in thick layer between 3 and 15 mm.

MAXMORTER® is a specially formulated cement with additives which when is mixed with the suitable sand produces an adhesive mortar for fixing interior tiles without the need of applying a levelling render beforehand.

MAXMORTER® CAL is a mortar based on lime and inert aggregates with controlled size. It is specially designed for repair, pointing of joints and rendering of deteriorated stone and brick elements in masonry, for both interior and exterior applications.

MAXMORTER® CAL-F is a lime-based mortar composed of calcium hydroxide, fine grain sized aggregates and special admixtures. It is specially designed to be applied on previous renders in order to provide a thin coat (1-3 mm) with smooth finish, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

MAXMORTER® EXPANSIVE is a high safety demolition mortar to demolish where dynamite is not an option. So, it is an essential, effective and definitive alternative to the use of conventional explosives, being not only safer, but in many cases much more economical.

When MAXMORTER® EXPANSIVE is mixed with water and poured into holes, it hardens and provides an expansive pressure on the hole walls which cracks the element to be demolished.

MAXMORTER® - F is a specially formulated concentrate, based on special cements and additives. that provides ideal properties for jobs which require quick putting into service of an element. The product can be used pure as supplied or it can be used as a concentrate, mixing it with sand (up to 3 parts of sand per each part of product), depending on the specific application.

MAXMORTER® FLOOR is a fast setting, fast drying, hydraulic binder made of special cements and modified with polymers, that once mixed with suitable aggregates on site, is used for the thickness increase of concrete and compression layers prior to the placing of a pavement finish.

MAXPATCH® is a two-component product. Component A is an acrylic-based liquid resin, and component B is a mortar composed of a mixture of special cements, additives and well-graded aggregates. Once mixed, it provides an advanced mortar with high performance and mechanical properties (adhesion, abrasion resistance and compressive strength) suitable for restoration and patching of concrete floors, ramps, steps, etc., subject to pedestrian or heavy road traffic.

It is also available for continuous decorative and aesthetic finish, without joints, the type MAXPATCH® FINO, with smaller aggregate size, to be used in thickness layer from 1 to 5 mm, on previously levelled substrates with MAXPATCH®.

MAXPATCH® ASPHALT is a resin-modified cold asphalt mix especially designed to patch or repair easily and quickly asphalt pavements, car park areas, gas service ditches, electricity service trenches, etc...

MAXPATCH® DECOR is a water-based, UV-stable, liquid pigment paste for colouring cement-based mortars at job-site.

MAXPATCH® EXTRAFINO is a cement-based mortar with selected aggregates and special additives. Once mixed with its resin MAXPATCH® LIQUID, provides a mortar of high mechanical performance (adhesion, abrasion resistance and compression) and suitable for cosmetic/decorative finish of continuous pavements from 1 to 2 mm thickness, on previously levelled surfaces with MAXPATCH® or MAXPATCH® FINO.
