CONCRESEAL® PLASTERING-M is a mono-component mortar composed of cements, carefully controlled silica aggregates and special additives, designed for waterproofing, levelling, protection and decoration of concrete and masonry, in one single layer with thickness between 3 and 5 mm. It is also available with smaller aggregate size the version CONCRESEAL® PLASTERING-M REGULAR, for a smoother cosmetic finish.

CONCRESEAL® PLASTERING -XPS is a cement-based mortar, with flexible properties, suitable for levelling, protection and finishing of swimming pools executed with polyurethane or polystyrene insulation panels.

CONCRESEAL® POOL is a two-component, epoxy-cement mortar designed as a decorative natural finish and durable protection of swimmingpools with thickness between 3,0 and 5,0 mm.

MAXCLEAR® SULFAT is a one-component water-based liquid product. Once applied it penetrates by difussion and capillarity into the substrate to provide a barrier against salts and avoiding the appearance of efflorescences on the surface. MAXCLEAR® TOP is a high-quality, hydrophobic sealer composed of water-based silane/ siloxane resins, specifically designed as transparent waterrepellent and protection against rainwater and weathering on concrete, brick, cement mortar, masonry, natural stone and limestone substrates. It is supplied in liquid form ready to be applied directly by brush, roller or sprayed at low pressure.

MAXDRAIN® - P8 is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) membrane formed in a shape of truncated cones with high compression resistance and high draining capacity which provides a drained cavity to floors and walls of underground structures. Its specially designed cones collect water and channel it away from the surface towards an appropriate drainage system.

MAXDRAIN® -P8 GW is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) membrane formed in a shape of truncated cones, covered, and fastened on one side with a non-woven polypropylene filter fabric. MAXELASTIC ® is a waterproof elastic acrylicbased coating, specially formulated for all types of roofs. It is supplied in the form of a water-based, one-component thixotropic paste, ready to use. Once polymerised it is transformed into an UVrays resistant and non-degradable elastomeric membrane, providing a crack-bridging, protective and 100% waterproof coating.

MAXELASTIC® BA is a water-based anionic bitumen emulsion, chemically modified with elastomers suitable for direct pressure waterproofing and protection of concrete surfaces, asphalt, cement, fibber cement, porous ceramic, etc., with high adhesion to the substrate, providing an elastic and waterproof coating.

MAXELASTIC® CAT-W is a catalyst specially designed to be used with the water-based polyurethane roof coatings MAXELASTIC® PUR-HW and MAXELASTIC® PUR-EW, as well as the water-based acrylic roof coating MAXELASTIC®, in order to speed up the drying-time of the coating applied. Thus, it allows faster execution time with application at the same day of two coats.

MAXELASTIC® PAV is a waterproof coating specially formulated for waterproofing all types of roofs, that are going to be subjected to light traffic. MAXELASTIC ® POLY is a hot-applied, twocomponent, solvent-free, 100% pure polyurea of high reactivity suitable for waterproofing and protection of concrete.

Once applied, it provides a high performance continuous elastomeric membrane for waterproofing of roofs, terraces, bridge decks, underground structures, etc.

MAXELASTIC® POLY has certificates of European Technical Evaluation for use in waterproofing of roofs (ETAG 005) and waterproofing of bridge decks (ETAG 033).

MAXELASTIC ® POLY-600 is a hot-applied-spray, two-component, solvent-free, pure poly-urea of high reactivity, suitable for waterproofing and protection of concrete. Once applied, it provides a high performance continuous elastomeric membrane with high elongation 600% for waterproofing roofs, terraces, bridge decks, underground structures, etc.

MAXELASTIC® POLY -EXP is a hot applied, two-component, highly reactive 100% solids pure polyurea for waterproofing, thermal insulation and concrete protection.

Once applied, leads a continuous membrane, without joints and overlaps, which expands from 5 to 7 times its original thickness.

MAXELASTIC ® POLY-F is a two-component, solvent-free, cold-applied, aliphatic poly-urea membrane. Once applied manually, provides a high performance continuous elastomeric membrane, with total UV-resistance and colour stability, suitable for waterproofing and protection of concrete and outdoor areas.

MAXELASTIC ® POLY-M is a cold-applied, two- component, aromatic poly-urea membrane suitable for waterproofing and protection of concrete. Once applied manually by brush or roller, it provides a high performance elastomeric membrane that allows waterproofing works in single coat, and with very fast curing for urgent putting into service (24- 48 hours).

MAXELASTIC® POLY -MASTIC is a two-component, solvent-free (100% solids), cold-applied, polyurea-based sealant suitable for sealing of joints and cracks in concrete pavements, allowing the opening to traffic in 2 hours.

MAXELASTIC ® PUR PRIMER is a twocomponent, solvent-free, low viscosity, transparent epoxy primer to be used prior to application of the MAXELASTIC ® PUR waterproofing liquid membrane, acting as an excellent bonding agent and a vapour barrier.

MAXELASTIC® STONE is a mixture of water-based acrylic resins and fine graded aggregates. MAXELASTIC® TRANS -W is a one-component liquid product ready to use, based on moisture-curing water-based aliphatic polyurethane resins, that provides a transparent, elastic and waterproofing membrane suitable for long-term protection and waterproofing of concrete, tiles, bricks, wood, stone, glass, etc.

MAXEPOX® AC is a two-component, water-based epoxy primer with non-toxic corrosion inhibitors, and specially designed to provide a high performance protective coating for metal surfaces against any corrosion process.

MAXEPOX® FLEX is a two-component, solvent-free and flexible epoxy formulation suitable for its use as protective and waterproofing coating for concrete, cement mortar, ceramic and metal substrates.

MAXEPOX® PRIMER-W is a two-component, water-based epoxy formulation, designed as primer for polyurethane, polyurea and epoxy coatings to be applied on concrete, mortar, metal substrates, etc in execution of waterproofing and flooring jobs.

MAXEPOX® TAR is a two-component modified-tar epoxy-based coating.

MAXEPOX® TAR-F is a two-component, solvent-free, flexible and waterproof coating based on modified tar-epoxy, suitable for use on concrete and metal substrates.

MAXEPOX® THIX is a low density polyethylene fiber designed to be added on epoxy and polyurethane resins to increase its viscosity and to reduce slump on slopes, vertical surfaces and critical points.

MAXEPOX® THIX-V is an additive in powder form and quick dispersion, suitable as thickener and/or thixotropic additive for epoxy and polyurethane systems

MAXFLEX® W-SEAL is a moisture-cured, onecomponent, water-swelling sealant with excellent elasticity for use in all kinds of construction joints and cracks. It increases in contact with water more than 500% its original volume, acting as an effective hydro-expansive sealing within joints and blocking the water ingress.
It is supplied ready-to-use in 600 ml bag for application by caulking gun directly on places with difficult access or irregular surfaces such as corners, joints, cracks, etc., in construction.

MAXPLUG® is a quick-setting cement-based mortar that instantly stops running water from cracks, fissures, holes or other openings in concrete and masonry. It is non-shrink and sets within three to five minutes depending on the temperature. Once MAXPLUG® sets, it adheres perfectly to the substrate. It only requires water for mixing.

MAXQUICK® is a waterproof decorative finish for exterior and interior surfaces. It is a cement base material ideal as a finish coat for cement mortars, concrete, prefabricated panels and brick.

MAXSEAL® is a cement-based mortar with special additives and controlled aggregates. Once cured, it becomes a suitable waterproof coating for use on concrete, brick, concrete block, mortar render and masonry substrates.

MAXSEAL® FLEX is a two-component product. Component A is a water-based special acrylic resin and component B, is a mortar based on a mixture of special cements, additives and well-graded aggregates.

Once applied and cured, MAXSEAL® FLEX provides a non-toxic, flexible and waterproof coating with very high adhesion on those common substrates in construction such as concrete, natural and artificial stone, traditional mortar plasters, bricks, concrete blocks, etc.

MAXSEAL® FLEX EXPRESS is a two-component flexible waterproofing mortar, based on liquid acrylic resins (Component A) and special cements, additives and well-graded aggregates (Component B), with very fast setting-time suitable for urgent waterproofing works.

Its very fast setting-time makes it the ideal product for waterproofing with sudden rainfalls, short-time curing for flooding tests, splash zone areas or tiling with ceramic after 2 hours drying-time.

MAXSEAL® FLEX-M is a one-component cementbased mortar. Once mixed only with water, it provides a high-performance flexible coating, for waterproofing and protection of concrete against positive and negative pressure.

MAXSEAL® FOUNDATION is a cement based product which, together with special additives and selected aggregates gives it waterproofing characteristics, whether the foundations are in concrete or masonry. It gives great protection to foundation concrete thanks to its high resistance to aggressive waters.

MAXSEAL® INHIBITOR ADMIX is a liquid concrete admixture based on amine-carboxilate, to be added directly in the mixing water for the anticorrosion protection of steel reinforcements and to increase durability of concrete exposed to aggressive environments.

Once added to the concrete batch, the active compounds of MAXSEAL® INHIBITOR ADMIX come in contact with the steel reinforcement to create a protective barrier against water and chlorides that inhibits the corrosion process and increases the durability of the concrete structure.

MAXSEAL® SUPER is a special waterproofing coating made of a mixture of cements, carefully controlled aggregates and special organic and inorganic additives. Its special formula improves the osmotic effect of the application allowing the penetration in the concrete through its capillary system. The product crystallises inside sealing, waterproofing and protecting the concrete structure. It has been designed to be applied on fresh or cured concrete, pre-cast concrete, concrete blocks, cement plasters but also suitable on bricks and masonry.

MAXSEAL® TRAFFIC is a two-component mortar based on special cements and water-based synthetic resin. It is easily applied by brush, roller or spray equipment to provide a suitable trafficable coating for waterproofing on positive and negative pressure of concrete floors exposed to car or industrial traffic.

MAXSEAL®-Y is a one-component, water-based, flexible, acrylic coating, ready to use for applying directly on indoor walls of gypsum, plaster, mortar and concrete. It is a thyxotropic paste that once polymerised it becomes a non-degradable 100% waterproof coating with good adhesion.

MAXSHEEN® is a water-based acrylic coating which provides a high performance and durable coating suitable for waterproofing, protection against carbonation and decoration of façades, concrete structures and masonry. It comes in two finishes: smooth and textured.

MAXSHEEN® ELASTIC is a water-based pure acrylic product which provides an elastic, durable and high performance coating suitable for waterproofing, anti-carbonation protection and decoration of concrete structures and masonry in all kind of civil engineering works and buildings. It is available in two versions: smooth and textured finish.

MAXSHEEN® PRIMER is an one-component water-based acrylic primer for use on dusty and chalky surfaces. It penetrates deeply into the substrate, seals the pores, consolidates the surface, and provides a more cohesive and homogeneous area improving the adhesion of acrylic coatings.

MAXURETHANE® is a one-component coating based on transparent, air-cured synthetic polyurethane resins with glossy finish. It is specially formulated for protection of indoor flooring and others surfaces against aggressive chemical attacks and abrasion, in industrial floors, reservoirs and food industry. It prevents dusting of concrete floors, stores and parking areas.

In case a colour finish is needed, MAXURETHANE® can be mixed with the pigment paste MAXURETHANE® DECOR (Technical Bulletin No. 58).

MAXURETHANE® 2C is a two-component coating based on flexible, transparent or coloured, aircured synthetic aliphatic polyurethane resins. It is available in two versions: gloss or satine finish.

MAXURETHANE® -AC is a two-component, water-based, aliphatic resin with conductive particles which provides a protective and good abrasion resistance conductive coating. It is highly resistant to weathering and UV-rays, with long-term color stability and durability, suitable for indoor or outdoor uses.

MAXURETHANE® CEM-L is a three-component, water-based, polyurethane-cement mortar with fluid consistency, designed to provide high performance smooth pavements between 4 to 6 mm thickness, with high abrasion, impact and chemical resistance.

MAXURETHANE® DECOR is a pigment paste suitable for dyeing of polyurethane-based systems: MAXURETHANE® (Technical Bulletin No. 38), MAXURETHANE® TOP (Technical Bulletin No. 146) and MAXELASTIC® TRANS (Technical Bulletin No. 186).

MAXURETHANE FLEX is a two-component, solvent-free, flexible and waterproof polyurethane membrane suitable for long-term protection of concrete and metal substrates.

MAXURETHANE® INJECTION FLEX is one-component, 100% solid and solvent-free polyurethane-based injection resin which reacts quickly with water to produce an expanding foam with a flexible and homogeneous closed cell porous structure which has excellent waterproofing properties and strong bonding seal.
MAXURETHANE® INJECTION FLEX is a water reactive, non hydrophilic but hydrophobic resin type, thus the resulting foam does not absorb water and will not be affected by water dryness: it will not shrink or swell.
The gel time of the product is adjustable by adding a certain percentage of MAXURETHANE® INJECTION FLEXCAT accelerator.

MAXURETHANE® INJECTION MONO is one-component, 100% solids, and solvent-free polyurethane-based injection resin which reacts quickly with water to produce an expanding foam with a semi rigid and homogeneous closed cell porous structure which has excellent waterproofing properties and strong bonding seal.
MAXURETHANE® INJECTION MONO is a water reactive, non hydrophilic but hydrophobic resin type, thus the resulting foam does not absorb water and will not be affected by water dryness: it will not shrink or swell.
